What makes Hi Betty swimwear unique?

Most bikinis are built for lounging. Ours are built for living. Hi Betty pieces are designed for women who actually move — paddling out, diving under, stretching on the sand. Every style is surf-tested to stay put (no awkward adjusting mid-wave), cut to flatter without squeezing, and made from buttery-soft recycled fabrics that feel good in every way. It’s swimwear that looks incredible, but more importantly — it works when the ocean gets real.

How do I choose the right size?

Start with your usual size — our pieces are designed to hug without squeezing. For the best fit, measure your bust, waist, and hips and compare them with our size chart.

 

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/booty.

 

👉 If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up for comfort. All our tops and bottoms are adjustable or have flexible stretch, so you’ll still get a secure fit.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $100.

 

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Can I return or exchange my swimwear?

Yes — we’ve got you. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

 

Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Returns are always approved — no questions asked.

Exchanges? We’ll cover the return shipping costs.

 

EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period also applies.

How do I care for my Hi Betty pieces?

A little love goes a long way. To keep your swimwear looking fresh:

- Rinse in cold water after salt or chlorine.

- Hand wash gently with mild soap — no harsh detergents.

- Lay flat to dry in the shade (never tumble dry or wring out).

- Avoid rough surfaces to keep the fabric smooth.
