We want you to feel as good in your Hi Betty as you do in the ocean. If it’s not a match, you can return it for a refund — easy as that.

We want you to love your Hi Betty pieces — but if something’s not quite right, no stress.

 

Our policy

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact (no exceptions, ocean soul).

All you need is your order number.

 

How to start a return

Returns are always approved — once you submit your order number, you’ll get a prepaid return label and instructions.

 

⚠️ Heads up: Please don’t send anything back without going through the return link first — we can’t accept surprise returns.

2. damages and issues

We do our best to make sure your Hi Betty pieces arrive in perfect condition — but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.

 

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We’ll replace the piece or sort out a refund as quickly as possible.

Just use your order number through our [returns portal], or email us at contact@hi-betty.com if it’s urgent.

 

⚠️ Quick note: Damages caused by wear and tear, chlorine, or saltwater over time aren’t covered — our pieces are built for the ocean, but like you, they need care to stay strong.

3. exchanges

We happily offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to Hi Betty. Once your exchange is approved, Hi Betty will cover the shipping cost of sending your exchanged item back to you.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, hygiene liner intact, and returned in original packaging.

 

Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. These items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, at our discretion.

4. european union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’ve got a little extra flexibility:

 

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed.

 

The item still needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.

 

To start, just use our [returns portal] with your order number.

 

⚠️ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund:

Refunds go back to your original payment method — easy.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up (banks can be slow sometimes).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

If your return doesn’t meet our conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags + hygiene liner intact), we can’t issue a refund.
